East LA Dodgers vs. Storm
The East LA Dodgers defeated the Storm (2-1) in a conference game at Vanguard University. The Storm played strong but did not match the determination of the East LA Dodgers' pitching staff. The pitchers dominated once again, with winning pitcher #15 Breedlove and the save #73 Yoshi.
The East LA Dodgers will play the Rockets Monday, July 26, 2010 at Torrance Park - 6:30pm, in what has been referred to by Coach Leo as "the biggest game of the year."
East LA Dodgers still hold a one game lead in the Western Baseball Association.

July 17, 2010 @ 11am - Occidental College
East LA Dodgers vs. Storm
The East LA Dodgers defeated the Storm (2-1) in a conference game at Occidental College. The Storm put up a good fight but was no match for the East LA Dodgers' pitching staff. The pitchers dominated once again, and a big 4th inning with RBIs from #45 and #8 Eric Rodriguez secured the lead. The East LA Dodgers' pitching came out strong with #66 Nick Quezada, who allowed one run, and finished strong with #4 Daniel Vargas, who allowed no runs.
The East LA Dodgers will play a double-header against the Waves Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Northwood HS in Irvine @ 11am.

July 9, 2010 @ 5pm - LA Southwest College
East LA Dodgers vs. Los Angeles Rhinos
The East LA Dodgers were defeated by the Los Angeles Rhinos (5-4) in a non-conference game at LA Southwest College. The East LA Dodgers were neck-in-neck with the Los Angeles Rhinos through out the game, with RBIs from #53 Paul Franco, #8 Eric Rodriguez, #18 Darren Dworak, and #10. The East LA Dodgers Pitching came out strong with #22 Julian Martinez and finished strong with #17 Christopher Machado. However, East LA Dodgers Defense did not play to their full potential committing 3 errors which allowed the Rhinos 5 runs.
The East LA Dodgers will play Monday, July 12, 2010 at Torrance Park - 6:30pm.

Jordan Hartley & Christian Rodriguez each pitched 6 strong innings.
July 3, 2010: Game 4 v. Cardinals - (W) [4-3]
East LA Dodgers capture the win by putting up 4 runs with 2 outs in the 9th.

June 30, 2010 @ 4pm - Riverside Poly High School
East LA Dodgers vs. Moreno Valley Rockets
The East LA Dodgers defeat the Moreno Valley Rockets (6-5) in a conference game at Riverside Poly High School. The East LA Dodgers took an early lead in the 2nd inning. Adding 4 runs to the scoreboard were #24 Victor Peinado and #29 Adam Peacock with 2RBIs each. The early lead was much needed as the Rockets made a huge rally in the 7th and 8th inning. Feeling the heat, #8 Eric Rodriguez and #13 Remington Hedgepeth stepped up to the plate and added to the scoreboard with 1RBI each. However, with bases loaded at the bottom of the 9th, it was the East LA Dodgers pitching that saved the game - striking out the last batter.
The win secured the East LA Dodgers league rank at #1, with an overall record of 4-0.
The East LA Dodgers will play the NBC Tournament July 1-3, 2010 in Santa Maria, CA.

June 25, 2010 @ 1pm - Occidental College
East LA Dodgers vs. Japanese All-Stars
The East LA Dodgers took on the Japanese All-Stars in a non-conference game at Occidental College. Both teams worked hard through the innings, but the Japanese All-Stars took charge and defeated the East LA Dodgers (6-1). Impressed by the power of the East LA Dodgers line-up, Japanese All-Star Coach Shibamura and his pitchers created a "rhythm" which allowed them to control the tempo of the game and allow one run. Stepping up to the plate for the East LA Dodgers was #25 Suguru Homma, with a base hit that brought in their only run. Despite the loss and the language barriers, East LA Dodgers Coach Leo Gutierrez was impressed by the great level of respect that both teams displayed.
The East LA Dodgers will play again Monday, June 28, 2010 at 6:30pm - Torrance Park.
