2009 Season in Review

Congratulations to the ELA Dodgers Blue team, who won the Western Baseball Associaton with a 15-5 League record and 35-15 record overall. Here are some of the Season's highlights:

Jordan Hartley, RHP, (ELA JC) 10 of 11 save opportunities; ELA Dodger record.

Brandon Young, 3B, (Ventura JC) Led the team wih a .333 batting average.

Jackson Hood, OF, (Hill JC) First on the team with 36 runs scored and 13 stolen bases.

Jordan Larson, OF, (Chico State) Tops on the team with OBP of .410

James Frederick, SS, (San Bernardino JC) Led the team with a .960 field Percentage

Rafael Azcona, RHP, (Missouri Baptist) Most appearances on the mound with 21, innings with 62 and an ERA of 2.30

Congratulations also to our Gray Team coached by former ELA Dodger Ruben Noriega (Lindenwood Univ.) who won the Stan Musial State Tournament.
